  To create a new appointment or meeting request in any view, choose New event outlokk double-click or double-tap an open time slot on the day you want. Resolved my issue. Need more help? Notes: Even if the other person has created an additional calendar, you can open only the person's default Calendar. The next time that you want to view the shared Calendar, you can click it in the Folder Pane.
